The reason for the chipping of the back edge of the high-speed steel round blade is the material quality of the processed part, and the production process of the round blade did not do the corresponding analysis. Because of the rigidity of the workpiece, the reasons for the chipping of the round blade during the slitting process are as follows:

1. The round blade has a large cutting edge angle, which causes chipping of the round blade.

2. The heat treatment hardness is relatively high without knowing the material to be cut, causing the edge of the round blade to collapse.

3. The parallelism of the round blade is not up to the requirements, causing the edge of the round blade to collapse.
